General Conditions – Sales

The LIMOUSINES SERVICES DRIVERS company is registered with the Ministry of Tourism.

All legal issues are of jurisdiction of the Commercial Court in Nice or any other jurisdiction of the sole choice of LIMOUSINES SERVICES DRIVERS.

The transportation of persons by commercial companies is regulated by the applicable decrees (laws) published in the Journal Officiel de la République Française.

In France, only the tourism vehicles services provided by licensed and qualified drivers are authorized.
The licensed vehicles and drivers are regulated by appropriate authorities to ensure the necessary compliance.

General Conditions

The prices (in Euros) include all applicable taxes. They also include the driver, unlimited insurance for the passengers and vehicle related expenses (except passengers’ personal travel expenses).

All associated expenses as well as the occasional taxable expenses (ex. Freeway tolls, parking fees, after hours driver’s meals, etc.) are not discountable or commissionable. The tolls, parking fees and ancillary expenses are billed to the client at their full rate, with exception of the expenses charged at the “Tourism tariffs”

All delinquent payments are subject to penalties of one-and-half times (1.5 times) the applicable legal rate as established by the European Law of July 2001.

Special Conditions

The time and mileage are clocked from the vehicle’s departure and arrival back at the yard according to our tariffs. The quantity of luggage may not exceed the vehicle’s legal capacity; any excess luggage must be transported separately and billed accordingly.

The client will be billed for any reservations not cancelled at the time of vehicle’s departure from the yard, as well as for client’s no-show.

The advance reservation fees are not reimbursed.
The radio communications fees are billable, in addition, according to the (official?) published rates (?). All billable services that were started are billable to the next applicable billable unit (minute, hour, kilometer).
